DUPLICATE BILLS DOWNLOAD AT ONCE

I would like to share a suggestion regarding your services. If your team cannot provide a particular feature or service, please avoid making false commitments to customers. Your salesperson had assured me that I would be able to bulk download duplicate sales bills at once. However, the feature only allows bulk download of original bills, and duplicate bills have to be downloaded one by one, which is very time-consuming.

I request you to either provide the promised feature or ensure that accurate information is communicated to customers in the future.
