Give an opinion for Note taking for each activity

Can you please do a change for me? While doing a sales invoice or pro-forma invoice or purchase invoice or Delivery challan or Purchase order can you give an option to take a notes there but those notes I don’t need to be shown in respective documents. Like this -

This is very important for me.

While taking a payment I already have the option to take a note there.
