No improvements in last many years

I have been using Billbok for last 4 years and i have paid plan, I am upset that there are no improvements to the system,its same old slow system and very irritating to use.

The company is not thinking anything from end user perspective on how they maybe using system and how we can improve the experience.

Few things i can think

1. When you pull up party ledger it does not show total at the bottom . duh !

2. When you open party ledger you cannot navigate to next invoice , you have to click back button again goto transactions tab and click next invoice. So much for user unfriendlyness

3. System is slow compared to other billing softwares we use

4. Mobile interface is very user unfriendly

I would like to hear from company what improvements they have planned or we have to move out to other systems
