Prepaid Orders on Online Store

In the online store can you help to put the QR before the final order is placed so that the payment can be taken in advance. It is important as we have a token system and we want the customer to place order with the advance payment on the online store as well.
Petpooja is providing that option and other such software’s also provide that flexibility to have a prepaid order. I have been requesting this for last 2 years but there is no response at all. Let us know if that is possible or we are forced to explore other options?
