Shipping address is not coming while creating invoice by phone

Surprisingly, noticed today (we hardly create invoice by mobile), shipping address not coming in the invoice and secondly we are not able to add the new item through phone, no way to edit , very difficult, why it is not same as we do it on system, find it very difficult
