Urgent – RCM Invoice Not Working

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Lokesh, from AVM Minerals. We purchased the MyBillBook 5-year subscription on 2nd August 2025 for use across our various business units. Our primary requirement was the ability to generate GST invoices and e-invoices, including RCM-based invoices.

However, after two months of use, our accounts team has identified critical bugs that are directly affecting our GST compliance. We escalated the issue to the assigned account manager, Mr. Jai Prakash, but unfortunately we have not received any response or solution. He is also not answering our calls, which is very disappointing, especially after he assured us that the issue would be resolved within a month.

This situation has caused significant loss of time and inefficiency to our accounts department, despite committing to your product for 5 years.

Issues Identified (Critical):

1. Unable to Generate Invoices Under RCM

There is no option to select RCM while creating an invoice.
Even when we select 0% tax, the e-invoice portal requires us to choose RCM = Yes/No.
After generating the e-invoice, the invoice is incorrectly classified as 0% FCM, which is wrong and non-compliant.

2. Wrong Invoice Type for RCM Transactions

For RCM transactions with 0% tax, the system is generating the invoice as Bill of Supply, instead of Tax Invoice / Sales Invoice, which is mandatory as per GST law.

This makes the software unusable for the type of billing we require.

Our Request

We kindly request you to:

1. Resolve all RCM-related bugs immediately, and

2. Share a timeline for the fix within the next 48 hours.

If the issue cannot be resolved, then we request a full cancellation and refund of our 5-year subscription, as the software is not serving the purpose for which it was purchased.

Otherwise, we will have no option but to proceed with a formal legal notice, as both our time and money are being wasted.
