Party Price Edit option and stop calling for discounts.

Dear Team,

I would like to share some critical feedback regarding the current functionality of your BillBook application.

Firstly, the absence of an edit option for Party Price is a major limitation. Having only a delete option is impractical and disrupts workflow efficiency. This is a basic feature that should be available in any billing system.

Secondly, I have noticed that your customer care team frequently reaches out offering discounts. I would like to clarify that we are not looking for discounts — we are willing to pay more for a product that delivers reliable, simple, and efficient features.

At present, the application feels no better than manual billing on paper. There is a clear lack of automation, which defeats the purpose of using digital software.

We strongly request:

• An edit option for Party Price

• Improved automation features

• A more user-friendly and streamlined interface

We value functionality over pricing and would appreciate meaningful improvements instead of promotional offers.
