"Add Estimate / Order Form Workflow to POS"

Hello Team,

I have been using myBillBook for business billing and POS, and I’d like to suggest an important feature that would make it much more powerful for enterprise and service businesses:

Please implement a Quotation / Estimate / Order Form feature inside the POS workflow.

  • Allow us to create an estimate or order form before finalizing an invoice.

  • Include fields for job details, delivery date, customer approval/signature, and space for terms & conditions.

  • Provide a “Convert to Invoice” button once the order is confirmed, so it becomes a seamless process.

  • This would help businesses like mine track orders from Estimate → Confirmed Order → Invoice → Payment, instead of using separate tools.

This feature will be very helpful for businesses that need to get customer approval before billing — like printing, manufacturing, and service industries.

Thank you for considering this — it will make POS far more complete and workflow-friendly for enterprise users!
