Whenever I create an e-way bill with “Dispatch From” in MyBillBook, I don’t get the option to change the firm name in the dispatch section. Because of this, my own firm’s name automatically appears in the “Dispatch From” field.

Recently, one such invoice was caught by the GST department, and they are charging a penalty of 200%. Please get this corrected as soon as possible.
