Feature Request – ISP Billing Customization & WhatsApp Business Integration

Dear myBillBook Team,

I am using myBillBook for my Internet Service Provider (ISP) business, INDIA CABLE NET.

I would like to suggest the following features to make myBillBook more suitable for ISP businesses:

1. Customer Search by Username

• Customers should be searchable using their Internet Login Username.

• Each username is unique, making customer identification faster and more accurate.

• Username-based search should be available while creating invoices and searching customer records.

2. Email Option in Invoice PDF

• When an invoice PDF is opened, there should be an option to email the invoice directly to the customer.

• This would make invoice sharing easier and faster.

3. Integration with Our Own WhatsApp Business Number

• Invoice PDFs and payment reminders should be sent using our own registered WhatsApp Business number instead of myBillBook's number.

• Currently, customers may get confused when receiving billing messages from an unfamiliar number.

• Using our own business number would improve customer trust and recognition.

4. ISP-Specific Invoice Fields

• Customer Username

• Internet Plan Name

• Service Period (From Date – To Date)

• Plan Expiry Date

These details should be displayed on invoice PDFs.

These features would be extremely useful for ISPs managing monthly subscriptions, renewals, and customer billing.

Kindly consider implementing these features in upcoming updates.
