Feature Request: Prevent Duplicate Party Creation

Feature Request

Right now, duplicate parties can be created with the same GSTIN. This causes confusion and errors. The system should alert and block duplicate entries if the GSTIN already exists. This will ensure data accuracy and prevent redundancy.

    this feature is partially implemented as the system will notify the user that there is existing party with the same GSTIN.
