Feature Suggestion: "Stamped as Billed" Mark on Invoices

To enhance clarity and streamline billing processes, I would like to propose the addition of a "Stamped as Billed" visual marker on invoices within the software. This feature would serve as an automatic or manually-triggered stamp that appears on an invoice once it has been finalized or marked as billed.

Purpose:

  • Clearly indicate that the invoice has been processed and billed.

  • Help differentiate between draft, pending, and completed invoices at a glance.

  • Reduce errors or duplication during audits and follow-ups.

Suggested Implementation:

  • A watermark or digital stamp (e.g., “Billed” or “Final Billed”) on the invoice view.

  • Option to enable/disable the stamp per user or company preference.

  • Automatic trigger based on billing status or manual override button for flexibility.

This small addition can significantly improve usability, internal communication, and audit readiness.
