I need to incorporate essential and basic features into my billing software—specifically those required for medium-scale or wholesale businesses.

1. The ability to generate both purchase and sales bills without needing to use the mouse.

2. Particular attention must be paid to enabling bill creation using only the right hand (prioritizing the extensive use of the numeric keypad).

3. It is crucial to have a clear view of both the total bill value and the item quantities while generating a bill.

4. Once a POS bill has been saved, any subsequent editing or modification should be performed directly through the POS interface itself.

5. A dedicated option button is required for returning or removing expired or damaged goods.
