Improve Date of Birth Entry with Direct Year Input Option

Feedback:
While creating or editing a party profile, entering the date of birth is currently inconvenient due to the year selection method. The system only allows scrolling through years one by one, which becomes time-consuming, especially for older dates (e.g., selecting 1950 requires dozens of clicks).

This impacts efficiency and user experience, particularly when managing multiple records.

Suggested Improvement:
Please add an option to:

• Manually type the year directly, or

• Provide a dropdown/searchable year field, or

• Allow faster navigation (e.g., decade-wise or scroll acceleration)

This small enhancement would significantly improve usability and save time.
