Linked credit note as no option to change the price . what to do if i got debit note against rate difference

I Got Debit note against rate difference. when i issue credit note their is no option to change amount of that products. i talk to customer support team but they just said their is no option to change the amount in linked credit notes . i need this option other i have to shift to another software whio is providing that option.
