Need Refund for current licence

I Hope all are well, i purchased this app last 3 days before but I’m not able to understand the billing and some other features which i want to understand. I had call to support team many time and also try to call sales person but no one pick up my call even support team.

so i don’t need this kind of app for further billing,

kindly refund my payment asap.
