need to changes as per paint retail and wholesale

We are paying for 5 years plans in advance and even after this we did not get customization with our business then what is the benefit.

I have several times said that I am being a paint retailer and wholesaler I need to add base in accordance with shade like when I bill 0765 apex shyne 20lit then a base linking with stock of AY2 should be deducted from my stock or the base that I will use for making that shade like suppose AY11 and a colourant cost of 65 Rs can also be able to add in the basic material cost as well.

please help me with this and you will get several customers from paints retail and wholesale.
