The sales agent who sold us the software had committed to visiting our office, but he did not come. He also shared his senior’s contact number (9967899387), but there has been no response from that side either.
At the time of purchase, both the sales representative and his senior, Mr. Sumit, strongly encouraged us to purchase this software and assured us of proper after-sales support. However, after we started using the software, we faced several issues, and since then, neither the sales agent nor his senior has been responding to our calls or messages.
Due to this lack of support, we request you to kindly:
Arrange immediate technical assistance to resolve the issues, OR
Provide your return/refund policy for the software, OR
Offer a proper and permanent solution so that we can continue using the billing software without difficulties.
