Quotatation to proforma and delivery challan

There is a simple logic: after a quotation is approved by the customer, it should be possible to convert it into a Proforma Invoice or Delivery Challan. After sales, there may also be a requirement for Debit Note or Credit Note.

However, in your My Bill Book software, only the options to convert Quote to Invoice or Proforma to Invoice are available. Many customers, including us, have requested additional conversion features, but no update has been provided till date.

You may check Go GST software and other online billing software, where such facilities are already available.

Since the time of purchase, we have repeatedly requested these features, but there has been no action. If no extra features demanded by customers are provided, then the false commitments made by your sales team at the time of selling the software should be strictly avoided.

We are now planning to approach the Consumer Court for selling the software based on wrong commitments made to us.
