Required Bulk Bank upload for older bank transaction

We are using mybill book sine 4 years, but i am unable to fetch all the bank details in bulk from my previous years, before this we were not mainting account anywhere, but now how can we import the transaction in 1 go, as there are thousands of bank transactions, how can we manually enter each transaction
