Retain previous page status in app across whole UI

When I search for a sale, and then enter the page and then go back, the search results should be retained, and also where I am on the page should also be retained!

That the page gets reset when I go back from an order page is very tedious and impractical because I need to keep searching what I am looking for again and again, and then scrolling too much to find something.
