Seperate option for Salesmen

in a business where a person have more than one salesmen or a marketing person and he wants to give payment according to their sales so there should be an option for different salesmen so at end of the the we can see which salesmen has done how much sales

    i have been asking for this feature for quit sometime but there is no update on this
