Stock Summary based on date range

If I want to check my stock value as on a specefic date to calculate working capital, its not there . Plus the alternative in Stock Detail Report I would have to select each item and see the stock value of that date. But it is so tedius and not the right way for business level inventory value checking. Feature request : Please add date range selection in “
