Subject: Request to Enable Multiple Branch Address Support in All Documents

I am writing to formally request the inclusion of a feature that allows users to add and manage multiple branch addresses across all documents generated within the myBillBook platform. As a business operating through multiple branches, it is essential for us to reflect the appropriate branch address on invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and other official documents.

Currently, the platform supports a single registered business address, which limits our ability to accurately represent the specific branch from which a transaction is being made. This creates confusion for our clients and logistics partners, particularly when deliveries or communications are required to be branch-specific.

Implementing the functionality to:

  • Add and store multiple branch addresses under a single account,

  • Select the appropriate branch address while creating any document, and

  • Display the selected branch address on the final version of the document,

would significantly enhance the flexibility and professionalism of the documentation process. Moreover, it would align with the needs of growing businesses that operate in multiple locations and seek to maintain clear and compliant documentation practices.

We believe this enhancement will not only improve operational efficiency for many users but also add considerable value to the overall functionality of the platform.
