There is lot to update in this software urgently?

We need to export our items from one company to other company, there is not feature to export my own items (batched).
Reports need to be customized, because lots of reports are not upto the mark.
Even Invoice customization is not upto the mark, need more customization.
I have purchase 150 business plan, and added customers under it, but there are lots of permission issues to partner, i have to add lots of entries like bank account, invoice customization etc.
In sale billing we need more than one invoice format to print, sometime we have print same bill on two different formats.

I am using lots of softwares for last 15 years. As compare to other basic software, this software lacks very basic features.

Please accept lots of urgent updation as customers are not very happy after changing their software to mybillbook.
