Thermal Printer Customise setting

You guys are working well, i appreciate that, but kindly take our feedback and update the product to next level for user-friendly, i just subscribed platinum pack 1week before. We are mainly focusing for mobile printer thats y i choosed mybillbook but now im getting angry because of this type of mobile print, there is no customised thermal print setting, there is high gap between one product to another product and cant hide price column , because you guys are not giving a thermal print custom style , kindly add that for god sake thank you
