User and Roles

I feel User and roles are more customized and Admin should have right to create new Roles. In MSME sector most businessess are driven by managers but manager are not partners and they are not stock managers. A Manager can create sale entry or purcahse entry or can create any transaction but manager should not edit any master data. It can only be done either by Admin or Owner/Partner.

There should be screen where a admin can create new roles based on his need and assign that role to the user. Or if you feel it difficult to implement the a user can be assigned with multiple role because in practical business scenerios a user is playing multiple role mostly in all MSME.

We need this feature enable asap or if it is there then please let me know how can we achieve that.
