Users forced to COD when completing the order on online store. But we do not offer COD. Why not the vendors or paid subscribers decide if they want to give COD option. Many orders are getting cancelled because of this option If you see the flow of online store as currently your online payment gateway is not working you are forcing my clients to use the COD option to complete the order but as we do not offer COD we ask them to do the payment. Many new customers have trust issue because of this and they cancel the order. Instead of asking them to use the COD option why not give ask them to continue to place order . and when we receive the order and if we can process the order we will share the payment link with user and the payment mode here will be mentioned as payment link after order confirmation. This can be simplified this way instead of forcing to use COD option and then order getting cancelled because we ask users to make payment.
Have been following this since past 6 months but your tech team facing difficulty in understanding this. attaching the screenshot of order cancelled read the feedback of users and you will understand. Not adding many screenshots I have lots more screenshots of cancelled orders.
