This feature simplifies the process by integrating GSTIN, HSN codes, and party details into the invoice creation process, making it easy for businesses to manage their transactions efficiently.
Steps to Create a GST Bill
Step 1: Enter GST Details for Your Business
Go to Settings and click on Manage Business.
Enter your GST Number in the provided field.
This step enables GST-related fields in your invoices.

Step 2: Create a GST Item
Navigate to the Items screen.
Click on + Create New Item.
Fill in the item details:
Item Name, Price, and Stock Quantity.
Enter the HSN Code or select the GST rate manually.
Click Save to add the item to your inventory.

Step 3: Add a Party
Go to the Parties screen.
Click on + Create Party.
Fill in the required details, including the party's name, address, and contact details.
Enter the GST Number for the party in the designated field.
Click Save to complete the party creation.

Step 4: Create a GST Invoice
Navigate to the Sales section and click on Create Invoice.
Select the party created in Step 3.
Add items from your inventory to the invoice by clicking on Add Item.
The system will automatically calculate GST based on the rates entered during item creation.
Add any additional charges or discounts if needed.
Review the invoice and click Save or Generate.
